Today training was slack! Cuz is raining after two sets of 400m sprint only sianz, actually wanna to head back to gym but i suppose everyone is tired out so we said to do the banner... instead we done something to put the medal! More cool i think... lol

Honestly... i feel tired out nowadays, training is tough or am i getting old for this sports! Seems to have low energy lo! Plus school is going to restart! Worried plus plus.... Energy power**

- At least i manage to meet up with jolene! Been very long lo since we last meet... head for dinner at the cathay for cheap westen! Spend only 15bucks... gosh so WOW! (Cheap) Highly recommend cuz no service charge... Forget to take picture of the food as we are busy eating n ppl busy staring... lol So cramp...
